...or this one for pictures (courtesy Steve and Paul Chilton).

Some serious highlights, a few gems and the odd few truly weird...I'll leave you to find Matt Bowmer impersonating Ray Charles (thanks Clive).

485 in total so get skimming.
Unfortunately the individual links don't work correctly in Firefox! IE seems fine. Pooh!

As pointed out to me by Snooks:

Alan Slade, number 158, in 21st place with 1:11:47...posted 13:23 for the run a tad on the quick side or am I just slow?

Yes it has been noted and leaves James with the fastest run split again (as I'm sure this is how you came across this anomale).
Didn't affect the result but for the purposes of club champs he should be a DQ for not completing the course.

Me thinks stinky was not too impressed with you picking on him and not posting results quick enough.

Bring it on..............

Maybe that guy has been taking in this training regime -

And whats this about unworthy going on a different route ?? Was he unsure of which way to go, but then maybe he was sure, but then decided to take the other route, or that because he knew where he was going he would just check out the other route to see where it went, and then maybe he wasnt sure where the other route went, or maybe he thought he was on the right route but was trying to convince himself by taking the wrong route he was on the right route. I'm sure that all makes sense to him........

I think this is more like how James trains (or lives).

Hi guys and girls

Comments appreciated.

Like the gazelle story.

Good coaching advice here. Agree very much with all. I certainly don't train like that. However as I got a little faster running prior to the tri season I definitely felt like doing more say 400m drills. Most of the time it is limited to 10x400m with recovery in btn. But I definitely felt like I would get better if I started increasing this to say 20x400m.

All the best

Mooney not me who went the wrong way although I have done so this year in a relay race at Milton Keynes after following someone else! Well thats my excuse anyway. Fortunately he had the right mind to stop and find the right route. Only cost the team a place Embarassed Sad
